Greetings, My Name Is Benjamin Peña, I am of Mexican Descent and born in the United states of america. my Indigenous Roots are Fabricated in the Jalisco hills of Mexico where my Ancestors formed a tribe called huichol, or Wixáritari also known as "the people").
Thanks to the rugged terrain of the Sierra Madre mountains, the my People were able to escape the brunt of the Spanish invasion and their rape and pillage of my true culture.
My father crossed the border in to the u.s. And met my mother where she gave birth to a legend, and I guess my sister to.
In 1985, my sister and I were gifted a Nintendo, my sister was into hello kitty, I always seemed to like my melody for some reason , it was as if my melody was the cutest thing in the world.
I looked forward to going to the video store and picking out a video game with my sister, I remember this one time, I caught her playing Mario brothers 2 at 6 am, I wasn't even mad, in fact I thought it rather smart and enjoyed watching her play.
I mention her because I didn't really have many friends growing up, and in 1990's, my family had moved to Perris California, where I was even more isolated and secluded area with no friends in site, I just wanted to play Nintendo with a friend.
I always felt like an outcast as I was bitter most of my life after being suppressed, I had a vicious defense mechanism and it was easy, (and by easy,i mean foolish) to make rude remarks to people and hurt their feelings. as a youth my feelings were always hurt and I just wanted a girlfriend or a best friend to feel loved.
After dropping out of high school, I really had no group of friends to share an interest, and as a youth, music is very important. Lucky enough for me, California is Rich with awesome Culture, as our location allows us to be exposed to the majority of what our multi-cultures have to offer.
Locally I lived by UCR (university of Riverside) where they had had a weekly show that was syndicated called “liquid Dreams” by Sonic D, who to my surprise was Black Person, not that it matters, but I had never imagined that who I was listening to and was aiding my heart for the love of new experimental radio, he embraced me as I payed him a visit, where he burned me multiple cdr data dc's of IDM Breakcore and Hardcore Gabber. I was forever thankful, as it was this person who truly got me into Venetian Snares and Hellfish.
I went through those CDR's and cut and chopped a bunch of gabber kicks and breaks, I collected them in a folder.
I soon discovered the internet culture on Soulseek in the early 2000's.
In fact, that's where I met saskrotch, where he was kind enough to submit my live sets to his barn of hell server, where I am sure was closed down the server because of an increased amount of traffic from all the hot girls on myspace, downloading all of my music, all the time, everyday,24/7, 8 days a week off his server.

Saskrotch later asked me for some samples which I gladly gave to him in a folder called “Samples For Bitches That Ain't Be Having Shit” after he gave me a folder of like 15 classic jungle breaks that had no dynamics or punch to them.
Big Sasser done took them fuckin samples and threw it over his mid throwaway breakcore tracks, which I at the time was calling Cutecore, because it reminded me of how much I love MY MELODY and Bogdan Raczynski.
Saskrotch would share tracks with me where I would basically insult his attempts at his attempts to make cuetcore and sighcore, ask him about it.
This one time he sent me a track and I says to him, hey sassarooni, that's cute, but when you gonna start making real melodies?
Soon, saskrotch asked me for a new folder of samples but I recall him saying.
“can you not call it “Samples For Bitches That Ain't Be Having Shit”.
So in good trolling fashion, I named the folder, “Samples For Bitches That Ain't Be Having Shit part 2” ask him bout it!
Nigel then took my samples, distributed them to his friends and started a label called Give Daddy The Knife.
He distributed them to artist such as Sabrepulse, Acrnynm and I have no idea who else, I found out when I downloaded all of sabrepulse's throwaway tracks along with acrnym off Fighter X.
saskrotch had the audacity to claim he was the king of chipbreak, hmm, lets do the math . . . ok, that ='s to I feel a type of way.
Sabrepulse released an album called “Chibreak wars” hmmm, that also makes me feel a type of way.
Acrnym has my samples sprinkled all over his music. Ask them about me.
I feel I have been exploited and my Ancestors are furious. I have been collecting samples for over 20 years, and have had my hard work and time of chopping up songs to extract breaks only for saskrotch to complain that they are not chopped right and clip at the end and to use me to spread my samples for his label. Which is basically my sound.
This sample kit includes my own custom breaks and the bass sounds that Nigel Shields betrayed my trust and gave away to his friends.
